Keyboard abecadal
Where mice scout
12.15.2021

The end of the day, you come back from school or work and after some household chores you can play in peace. You fire up the computer, and there, of course, installed a few favorite games and a whole bunch of titles that nestle in the so-called "pile of shame". You fire up the game and play at your best - idyll at its best.

Take your pick of gaming.

For gaming you need a mouse and keyboard and some audio equipment. This can be speakers (but then count on the fact that other household members can hear the sounds of the game in the neighboring room), or headphones (then you are cut off completely from the world). Of course, it's a good idea to choose the equipment that best suits your gaming style. On top of all this, a cool mouse pad will come in handy. About which hardware is worth choosing and for what, we pointed out, among other things, in the blog post "choose your own gateron". There we described which switch is worth choosing and why. But no matter what you choose - whether a full-size keyboard like the Volcano Hammer 2, or a cool TKL (without the number section) like the Volcano Lanparty RGB and to go with, for example, the Volcano Shinobi 3327 mouse, Volcano Prometheus headphones and some sort of mousepad - the most important thing is to have fun at its best.

Super-duper equipment, and good fun.

Above all, the products in the Volcano Gaming line are well-priced and are designed to play any genre of games, from shooters to strategies. If you follow the CS:GO scene then you know that a player nicknamed "S1mple" was a key player and helped the team win PGL Major Stockholm 2021. Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev finished the tournament with 72 qualifiers to his credit. It doesn't take long to find out what he's playing on: a mouse for $499, a keyboard for $849. It's just that you have to look at some things from a different perspective. That's why ask yourself whether you want to be like S1mple, or just want to play without getting tense about frags and stats. Because if you want to be "pro" then go ahead - way to go. Spend a few thousand zlotys on accessories for your PC and play about 10 hours a day in one game to improve your skilling. If you think that the hardware itself already guarantees winning and improves performance significantly, you may be disappointed. Of course, the better the equipment, the greater the chance of winning, but it's all in your hands - without skill you won't get a good result. The situation is similar in sports. You'll buy yourself the best ball shoes (read: the most expensive), some super-duper outfit that improves the aerodynamics of the body, but without a skil you'll be beaten by a premier league player in sandals. Don't get us wrong - we wish you to be even better than "S1mple" (if you want to), just as we keep our fingers crossed for the greatest possible number of great jumpers with the talent of Adam Malysz or footballers like Robert Lewandowski. It's just that there aren't many such talents. And if in some time you discover your other vocation (you want to become an IT specialist or a lawyer), then treat games simply as relaxation and fun.

Relax, just play.

Therefore, choose your hardware to feel good about your gaming experience, don't overpay for it if you don't need certain features, and you'll be playing at your best without any spins. We work intensively to ensure that Volcano Gaming products offer as many useful features as possible also for those gamers who are thinking about a professional career in eSports. For this, the Volcano Lanparty BT keyboard (short, Gateron switches with fast response time) or the Volcano Shinobi 3360 mouse (great sensor for FPS) can serve well. But when creating gaming products, we think first and foremost about having fun. We make hardware the way we would like to have it ourselves. We don't need to score the most frags and be "pro". It's not about having fun to prove something to someone.
