If you are looking for an unconventional look for your computer and appreciate modern, fashionable and bold design, the Volcano Perun chassis may be a great choice. The original design of the front panel in irregular shapes of embossing brings to mind thunder and lightning, symbolizing freedom, strength and power of the elements. If you're the kind of person who buys with your eyes, this case will please them every time you look at it. Of course, looks are not the only strong point of this "box". There are a bunch of practical solutions here like four pre-installed 140 mm ARGB fans with controller and as many as four dust filters (to keep the interior clean and as little cleaning as possible). On top of that, there are snap-on side panels, one of which is made of tempered glass and the other from the service area with a ventilated bottom section for the best air circulation and to keep temperatures down. There are also practical extras like rubber grommets for cables and a support for the graphics card. And the whole thing is completed with plenty of space for long graphics cards and high CPU cooling. There's also room for four hard drives to install all your favorite games. And the easy-access I/O panel at the top of the case with two USB 3.0 ports and one USB-C port makes everyday computing easy. A case worthy of any gamer!
The sliding and removable element organizing the interior is one of the key elements of the Volcano Perun case design. It's where the height-adjustable support for a long graphics card is located. Mounted on special rails on the motherboard mounting wall and sliding in the right-left direction, it allows to provide most motherboards with enough space. The special streamlined shape further forces the circulation of cool air into the interior and directs the cooling flow to the CPU and graphics card. At the same time, it covers rubber cable grommets and allows for their optimal organization affecting the aesthetics of the entire interior.
The cool operation of the components is most important. This makes them work more efficiently and increases their lifespan. The factory-installed ARGB fans (3 x 140 mm at the front and 1 x 140 mm at the back) provide good airflow, effectively cooling the operation of the graphics card and CPU. If, on the other hand, you desire even more configuration options, you can install additional fans on your own and further reduce the operating temperature of the entire computer.
One of the strongest points of the Volcano Perun case is the original and interesting design of the front front. The irregular shapes of the embossing are reminiscent of thunder and lightning, symbolizing freedom, strength and power of the elements. The front panel is not only an original design, but also a well-designed element of the whole structure, which provides free access to cool air from the outside. A filter located on the front catches dust and dirt, keeping the entire computer in good order and clean.
There are plenty of openings in the case - at the front, on the PSU tunnel and on the side panel from the service part of the computer. All this is done to ensure good air circulation and cool operation not only for such components as the graphics card or processor, but also for the power supply and hard drives. Because every computer component is important to us, and in this case the word "oven" does not appear!
On the side panel on the service side of the computer, there are ventilation holes (protected by a dust filter, of course), which make an even better contribution to keeping the temperatures of the components installed in the PSU tunnel low.
The case will accommodate motherboards as large as 310 x 270 mm, which is the size of most popular E-ATX boards. If, on the other hand, you remove the metal element with the GPU support, you can fit even wider boards. It's up to you what kind of components you want to have installed, so we leave the choice and decisions in your hands. Because in the end it is only you who will benefit from the solutions offered in this "box". Let nothing limit you when building your dream computer.
The case is equipped with an ARGB fan controller mounted on the motherboard's mounting wall. A total of 6 fans can be connected.
Both side panels are mounted with snaps - you don't need any tools to remove the panel and conveniently install components. Want to add RAM modules? Blow out the dust from the interior? With an efficient flick of the wrist, you can remove the panels without unscrewing them. This is one of the most convenient and pleasant solutions implemented in a computer case.
The case is designed to accommodate water cooling. On the top of the case there is space for radiators up to 360 mm. On the front, on the other hand, there is enough space for radiators up to 420 mm, allowing the installation of efficient water cooling systems. The Vocalno Perun is ready for even the most advanced gaming configurations.
All PCI/PCIe expansion card caps are unscrewable. Gamers will also appreciate the ability to mount a graphics card vertically, as the metal frame that houses the plugs is unscrewable. There are as many as eight PCI/PCIe expansion card caps in the case, allowing the most advanced (and therefore thick and long) graphics cards to be mounted.
There is, of course, mounting space on the top panel for additional fans. If you wish, you can very conveniently mount additional fans in a 3 x 120 mm or 3 x 140 mm configuration on top. But that's not all, as there is still room for two 120 mm fans on the PSU tunnel. All this is for keeping temperatures as low as possible, and thus ensuring comfort during long hours of intense and "hot" sessions at the computer.
There will be no shortage of space for your favorite games. The enclosure allows the installation of up to four 2.5" SSD drives or two 3.5" HDD and two 2.5" SSDs. Space for mounting the drives has been provided for on the motherboard trays and in the basket, located in the PSU tunnel. Add to this the M.2 space on the motherboard and you can build a real machine for gaming, studying and work in which you will never run out of space.
